what you feel about the concept of recruiters asking to new HR candidates for their requirement only from the SAME INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ? Is it HR has any specific talent required for different industry to another industry ? or with different product / nature of business ? or he / she will handle only human beings in a corporate ?or need industrial product knowledge is in their educational back ground ?.

what is your opinion , or Recruitment consultant's OWN staff has ANY SUCH CRITERIA IN THEIR JOB SELECTION ? is it you feel un professional attitude / concept / practice etc ?
