hi all, can anybody tell me how the BPO experience in recruitment would help in boosting ones's career in HR.
Does the experience of an BPO Industry would be counted further in future. waiting for an reply .... thanks.

Good question what ever you asked.
It all depends on you work nature that you are doing. While working BPO u need to learn all the things of HR, i.e., you shud learn wat all the matters that HR is taking care in the company.
If you work in BPO you can concentrate on developing the skills in all the areas. Even u become trainer, with these skils.
Try to learn all the aspects in HR.

Hi Archana,
Human being is the same, where ever you go/work, that may be ITES domain, that may IT domain, the attitude of human will not have any change.
In my in BPO domain the challenge is retention, if you can successfully overcome that then you can become a good HR in future.
My suggestion to overcome that challenge is, you should be very strong in recruitment & apathy levels
