How to Generate Invoices in Placement

I am working in Placement company.
I need your guidance that how to generate Invoice, after joining of candidate?
If possible Please provide me the Form.

Please clear this bill by the cheque in the account number(yyyyyyyyyyyy) or DD in the name of XXXX consultants Pvt Ltd, Payable at Ahmedabad
