How To Face Interviews In Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)?

Hi Friends!
One of my friends has received an interview call for a fairly senior position in HR in one of renowned Public Sector Undertakings (PSU). He wanted to know about the procedure of interview in PSU and also the areas to be taken care while attending the interview. I request the knowledgeable members to share their experiences, views and tips so that my friend can get benefitted by them while attending this interview.

This interview is for senior position in HR, i believe he should take care of few points like -
1.Back ground of the person who is going to interview him
2.Competitors in private sector
3.Hiring in PSU is very different from private sector in terms of recruitments so more awareness about labor laws, compensation and other core HR related topics.
May be he has to answer how will he fit himself in PSU culture after working a long in private sector.
Many other points can be suggested but for this more details are needed
