To become a HR manager you should be well versed and experienced in both Pre & Post recruitment. Should have a positive attitude and strong leadership qualities

hi Pradeep.....

to reach to the HR manager level... u should first be able to understand diff ppl... and their mentalities...and how to deal and manage them...

leadership skills, having control of every thing with a positive attitude....cool mind...and good decision maker....are few qualities of a good HR manager...

recruitment and other core HR activities r not only theory subjects in MBA books... exp. counts a lot ...

dont hurry to get to the top... whats ur responsibilities now?!
