Most of the Modern HR people has learned & Knows SWAT-Analayse , X-Theory and Y-Theory in thier Knowledge , BUT How many HR people will know about this C.C.E.E.P--PRACTICE POLICEY Concept From 1921 Industrial reveluation Period in U.K ? , if those who do not Know this , THEN they can't be a TALENTED HR personal with thier present JOB / company okay. They should be treated as C.T.C only -REALLY A COST TO COMPANY and Company has to THINK this cost be a Burdon / Liability in continuing it with the compant Okay
