Regarding the questionnaire and format: it depends on your company norms. You can sit with your technical team and take some questions (Multiple Choice) and accordingly prepare. There is no specific format for the question paper.

Hiring Scheme for Diploma Trainee Engineers / Operators

Hi All,
Ours is 3 years old mfg. Co. and we would like to hire fresh diploma engineers / b.sc.for our production dept. at present the production work is done by contractual employees. We are going to hire through colleges.
management wants HR dept.to make a presentation / PPT on this scheme. Could you please arrange to mail me the PPT or provide your inputs for the same.

First of all, prepare a check list for Campus Recruitment Program. The check list may contain:
1. PPT consisting of Company Profile, Founders, Manufacturing Product, Where the product is used, Production capacity, Future plans if any, Plant Locations. I suggest you have to deliver this PPT in Local Language
2. Include the Career Graph also. (How you are going to groom these new recruits, Company benefits, Salary details, there career development plan etc
3. Question Papers & Respective Key
4. All require stationary
5. Any Diaries / gifts to present to the Correspondent / Principal of the college
Please revert in case if you have any queries.
