Hi Meera,

If you completed your MBA in HR, why you want to go for any course?

just get into market & get some experience.

hai meera

Once you have done ur MBA HR u can easily get into a consultancy as a junior recruiter. Recruiter profile involves sourcing the appropriate candidate, scheduling the interview. U can do a ground work about the position which u are recruiting and u can give some ideas to the candidate.

Hi Meera!
A Recruiter position or some other job is not an end to the quest for learning. Be it an MBA or any other course, if you really want to continue study something extra to increase your abilities and develop your knowledge then sky is the limit. There are lots of courses in HR like doing diploma in Training & Development from ISTD or doing some other courses like Organizational Psychology, International Human Resource Management, Organization and Employee Development and many more. You can go through sites like ICFAI, shrm.org, hnge.in or symbiosis for getting more details on HR courses.
Cheers!

Hi
Meera
A senior advice for you. One of the friend said you to enter simply to know the market is the correct saying.
We all say that MBA means Master in Buis Admin. So, we are the masters of business.
But can you define how>>by reading/studying in curriculum? NO, not at all.
Hence, the practical meaning of MBA should be known to all MBA's.
1st Step: M= Market
2nd Step: B= Business
and then
A= Administration
where A= HR, Finance, Marketing, Production, Operations...etc.
So, as a fresher you should follow this strategy for a good and shining star of Management Guru of your specialisation. Confidence will come up and our set of dreams will also prove out.
Our dream is " You all are (freshers) our future. I mean the positions we hold now are waiting for you all but the road which leads to this place ...you have to decide. Do not wait for the mango to ripe on the tree and will fall on your hands for a good fruit dish rather procure immediately.

Bye
Sorry if u feel anything wrong.
With regards
Pramod

I think you should enter the market work for sometime and then decide exactly what type of further studies you should go. its better to go for specialization in the field you are working rather then being specialized before any job experience.

Hi.. Meera,

This is very practical Era, course after course will definitly increase your theorotical knowlodge but it is not enough. you will know actually what course you want to do after working atleast One year in any professional organisation. The horizons will be wider and scope to understand the theory will be more.

Kedar

Hello Meera,

First and foremost thing is to enter in to a career and then choose your further studies depends on the branch or stream you develop interest.

E.g - if you are interested in traning & Development Skills then do ISTD diploma course.

If you want to become SAP - HR Consultant then do the SAP

If you want to practice as Inquire Officer/Disciplinary Proceeding or I R then pursue the course in Law with Specialization in Labour and Administrative Law

Wishing you All the Best
