Dear All professional, I am planning to do a course on SAP HR or PEOPLE SOFT HRMS. But I am not able to decide I m in dilemma which ll be the best one.And In which the future opportunities ll be more.Please suggest me the best one which I ll choose..?

HI Maya,

As per my knowledge it's better that u can go for SAP HR, the market is very good and the opportunities will be more, even the challenges will be more.
As for proplesoft considered u can fine less companies using this and less opportunities too..

My best suggestion would be SAP HR...

Dear Maya,

I suggest you first decide whether you are interested to take training on END USER MODULE or DEVELOPMENT training.

Development training is very expensive. The cost would be Rs.3.6 Lacks for 4 weeks plus taxes.
Some good institutes provide placement assistance after the completion of training program. Please enquire. And you also need to enquire the average salary given to a fresher in the industry.

Get enquired with 3 to 4 reputed instututes and go for it.

Hi Srinivasulu,

Really it ll cost that much......? As i heard it would me 30K max.
Fine I ll inquiry about it.

The same post I posted it in Linked in also I got lots of suggestion compare to HRLink.
