When I think about HRLink I automatically think about you…remembering years ago when you recommended this site to me and made possible for me – being from Romania – to sign in and become an active member.



When I think of you I think of years of friendship that grew in time, gave me the chance to meet your wonderful family and know you as a person. Thanks to you I have also met some of my best friends and felt lucky to be a small part of their lives.



Therefore, it feels normal to me to wish you on this site… and I do it not only on my behalf, but also on behalf of the HRLink members who have known you here or who know you for years, with whom you communicated so openly and honestly, started so many topics, raised questions or hypothetical situations, gave answers, taught and shared. Many have learned from your experience and knowledge, many have found a different perspective to a certain issue due to your advice and for sure many realized that is talent, dedication, hard work and experience what makes a person in this field of activity a real HR professional.



Thank you for all these lessons of integrity, professionalism, honesty, for your strength and determination that inspire me, for your altruism in sharing and thoroughness in helping others.



You make things happen even in times when others feel like giving up, so I can only wish you to keep being the same and all you want to achieve will come true!
