Thought of sharing this article which appeared in New York Times a couple of months ago which talks about Google’s approach to data analytics and people management. By analyzing words and phrases in performance reviews, feedback surveys and nominations from top-manager awards, a team from Google’s people operations came up with eight management behaviours ranked by importance and effectiveness within Google.
