Goals happen when you do small things over a long period of time

All goals take time. For example, if you're fat, just do two things everyday:



1) Eat only when you need to, with the only slight bit of discipline being to try and eat a little bit lesser over each week.



2) Take some very light exercise every day. If that feels too much of a trouble for you, you'll be surprised that you can start with just a 2-minute walk. Walk for 2 minutes every day and then pat your back in celebration that you fulfilled your commitment to yourself.



These are very easy things to do for a long time, may be a whole life time.



Goals happen when you do little things over a long period of time, not when you do big things some times.
