Designation Manager HR Onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Liasion actively with Fiserv Inc. HR on immigration, IA related issues, coordination on SSN, relocation etc.
Single point of Contact for all onsite employees and resolves their issues by actively interacting with these employees.
Work with and through internal departments such as finance, admin, quality, IT infrastructure, HR, onsite admin. coordinators to resolve employee issues.
Ensure Appraisals for all Onsite employees happens as per Fiserv Inc. process adhering to timelines
Conceptualize and design employee friendly policies and programs for onsite employees.
Initiate Compensation & Benefit Survey to analyse US salaries and per diems and present recommendations from time to time to Sr. Management

Excellent Interpersonal & Coordination Skills
Good Influential Skills
Should be proactive, come up with innovative ideas, flexible to working in late evening shifts (uptil 12 midnight), High energy.
EXPERIENCE : 6-8 years
Education: MBA (HR) from a tier 2 institute
