who has to generate pf numbers, hr or accounts department...when a new joinee joins the organisation, the same day can we give the pf number...is any procedure for this....
Dear Cndidate,
before the invention of HR field, it was done by the account dept. but now a days its part and parcel of HR guy to look after legal compliance even apart from pf. by filling the form 2 and remitting the same before the applicable regional office we would be issue the same and the same has to be handed over to any new comer.
