We are organising for event at colleges and would like to know the best yet easy games to be conducted.

Can any one help me out by providing simple games / activities to be organised at colleges.

Just merely let me know your suggestion...

Hey,

Well we tried this game at our office - one of the brain storming sessions and it worked...

Teamwork Project

The project team must research, identify, develop and present a proposition for a new product/service/business to fit into the employer's organization.

To include:

1. Research the market, brainstorm options, and decide on a new product/service/business.

2. Conceptualize new product/service/business.

3. Design and specify key attributes of new business:

-description and executive summary
-philosophy/ethos
-specification and scale
-financials
-team/people
-marketing/positioning/branding/advertising/selling
-production/distribution
-quality/safety/legislative/environmental
-SWOT and/or PEST analysis, or similar

4. Create presentation (to sell proposition to the 'board of directors' or an investor - a part which can be played by the recruitment team).

5. Deliver presentation (to include activities and experiences of the project group).
