Advantage



1. Company will get shortlisted candidates without worrying about logistics of conducting tests across different cities. We can conduct tests in almost all parts of country through our strong network of test centers.

2. Company can provide their own test papers or can avail JIEM test papers at nominal cost.

3. English Proficiency is tested by world leader English Assessment Engine (CASEC) to make sure that candidate is not rejected at last round just because of poor English communication.



Why is it FREE for corporate



1. JIEM pools the similar requirements from different companies and conducts test at one time, giving its candidate more opportunities.

2. Candidates not selected by you become eligible for next vacancies.

3. They get detailed feedback report for self-improvement.



Do we have ready candidate Pool



We do have but not much. We conduct just sufficient tests to fulfill the requirements we have in hand. This is to make sure that every candidate taking test gets a call.

We do have large registrations of candidates ready for test so we can conduct the test in short notice.



Do we use your branding to promote our Recruitment Tests?



No, we give you option to mention your company name or not in test. If you are ok to mention your company name we mention it as “One of recruiter” among others, so candidate is clearly communicated that he is not paying fee for your recruitment process but for value added services we mentioned.



Any peripheral costs



It is absolutely zero cost promotional initiative for corporate to introduce them about International assessment standards of JIEM (Japan Institute for Education Measurement). We look forward to work with you on various assessment initiatives you might have in your organization.



For Current service in discussion you will be chargeable only in following conditions

1. If you don’t want to club your tests with other companies and want to conduct test only for your company.

2. You want us to design test paper for your recruitment exam

3. You want us to travel to a particular institute not in our network.
