Five Self- Growth Questions
Posted 11-02-2009Reply
I would like to share an article related to motivation that I keep on reading to keep myself going. This is written by William Cottringer, Ph.D., a business consultant, college teacher and writer in St. Louis, MO. He is author of You Can have Your Cheese & eat It Too.
I have met so many people thinking that they know everything and not need to improve themselves, to grow as personalities and become better professionals! This shallowness, lack of ambition, self-sufficiency blocks any attempt of learning, developing, communicating.
For those who are willing to learn, to improve, to succeed, the key is knowing what you want, what motivates you the most. The key is in fact getting to know you're inner-self, being totally sincere in admitting your motives and finding your goals.
Asking yourself these 5 questions keeps you focused, active, implementing what you learn, building your self-confidence and succeeding.
