Hi,
I am working in an IT company and want to prepare a executive summary for exit interview of employees. After exit interview i want to compile the form and prepare a report.
Require your help for format.
Dear Shaurya,
Exit interview analysis ,gives enormous information to the management.We used to analyse it based on different BU,as MrSubramaniam had done it.Since you are based in IT Company it can be analysed based on projects.
See how many people are leaving the company on each month.Categorise them into Admin Staff or IT people.Why they are living (new job,work pressure,family problems,termination,forced resignation etc).Based on this you can make a good report comapring it with prevoius month or in the year end with previous year and this can be also used for fact finding process,any corrective measured are to be taken on team dynamics etc.
