THIS IS THE DETAILED PROCEDURE FOR ESI & PF REGISTRATION AND STAUTARY COMPLAINCES FOR MONTHLY AND ANNUALLY.

hi ,

Now ESI Limit was increased Rs.10000 to Rs.15000 wef ... 1.05.2010. So ,pls update Ur self.

First of all thanks for this information. It will definitely help a lot.
kindly let me know if these forms and info is applicable to all states in India or only specific states. i am from Maharasthra.

hai madam,

maximum all rules are similar to all states ,but some small procedures are changing . if u need any details .i will send the act i will send the important esi forms of employer and employee according to the act 2 days later. thanks for reading my topic
