Hi Aditya,



Pls find the detail of contribution of PF and ESI



PF@ 12% of basic salary
ESI@ 1.75% of gross salary

this is employee's contribution and deducted from salary.

PF@ 12% of basic salary
ESI@ 4.75% of gross salary

this is employer's contribution and add as a retirals to salary.
