How to make an employee happy in the working place?
Example: Our company has changed 6 day working from last month.so many of the employees are not happy with the new change.
so as a HR can you please let me know the possible ways to fix this issue.

Make employees part of the big picture.
Be transparent and honest.
Offer more vacation time.
Encourage communication in common areas.
Create a career pathway.
Promote a positive work environment.

Set the example.
