Dear HR Friends
I'm just new to this site.
Can anyone clarify my doubt regarding salary structure?
In company they have implemented new salary structure as follows basic – 60%form gross, hr – 15% form Basic. Conv – 5% from gross medical allw – 10% from gross educ allw- 5%from gross tele allow – 5 %from gross.
My doubt is that whether this salary structure is correct.
