Hi,
If you are looking indoor activities with cost saving prospects, you need to also involve your employees. Please find some of the suggestions as follows:
1) Celebrate birthday's of all employees on single day with the help of employees. For e.g. If there is 5 employees b'day in the month of April, then fix up a date say example last working day of third week to celebrate. You have to decide a budget for the same. Then appoint a committee for the whole celebration organization depending on staff strength. Give the whole responsibility and freedom to committee to organize as per they creativity. Continue this practice every month and also change committee members every month. If possible, appoint committee members from different departments and of different levels.
2) There are many team building games available on net.
3) Arrange informal get-together on some occasions and festivals.
4) Organise lunch party/dinner party/ Movie etc.
5) You can also take help of consultants who are involved in employment engagement activities.
