how can we have engagement activity for offsite employee, on weekly basis can we create any new activity for them, can i get any idea, as m intern and have to do project on that not getting any idea.
Dear Priyanka,
You can start Knowledge sharing activity among themselves for one week / alternate.
Some games activity related to team building.
Once in three months or so, you can plan for team outing or day out training.
You can arrange for some interesting trainings also.
