How to engage employees in BPO? Any weekly activities that can be conducted for them....

Hey people..help me with ideas of engaging BPO employees who are least interested in participating in any activities. In other words, minimum help from their side but they too stay motivated.

Hi Pooja,
Good Evening!
As far as concern to Employee Engagement activities/tools there is no such segment for BPO employees.
I am giving you following tips, do hope that these'll well you :

Important Tools :
a. Group Meeting/Forum
b. Group Seminar
c. Extempore
d. Music Event
e. Family-Get-to-gather
f. Any sport event/competition (Like Cricket, Football etc.)
g. Any csr Activitiy

Hi Pooja,

I am engaged with an consultancy who is in the field of training & recruitment for last 17 yrs. Subsequently we have started with EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT WORKSHOPS as well.
