Please find the CTC Calculation excel sheet attached, i think this would be useful for you to design the CTC for the new joinees.

Hi Satya.

PFA 2 Xls doc for ur further clarifation about how to Designing CTC.

1.Salary Breakups: Most of the companies are followed this format only.

2.Sample designing CTC Doc

Hi Mahendra,

Thank you for providing the information in detail. According to my knowledge P TAX depends upon the Gross Sal. So Please check out the below attachment. If in case it is incorrect let me know the right one.
