As we are discussing many topics in HRNL. All the discussed topicks mostly in general awareness a list of contents like forms etc. made available to all HR freinds. Statutory rules and regulations, Ethicks to follow as HR person, Minimum Responsibilities in social responsibility of HR, viz. As some may feel shy to ask anybody about the day to day general activities of a HR person.



Some plan to be initiated against it. and also different Governments will follow different local rules and regulations in the part of HR activities. Hence kindly arrange to make them all available. So that we can learn more state policies and rules at one platform.



For this you invite all the present practices of HR proffesionals and consolidate and then try to arrange one other HR ACTIVITIES field in the home page to search for the required item. VIS PF,Labour LIcense,Factory Licence, Explossives Lisence,ESI,Social Responisibilities,Training Centres,Training, etc......



It must be made useful to TOP level HR persons to LOW level HR Trainees.
