Current Minimum Wages in Gujarat - URGENT

Dear HR Fraternity,



I found from the internet (http://www.paycheck.in/main/officialminimumwages/gujarat) that the latest minimum wages in Gujarat is 135/ day. When contacted Gujarat LAbour Commissioner they mentioned that it has increased to 135+8.8 as on Apr 09 and further increased by 0.8 as on Oct 01, 2009 = 144.60 /day. Also what is the multiplier for monthly salary = 144.6 *30 or 26...



Can anyone help me with the confirmed order which mentions the same and also what is the breakup that needs to be structured (eg. Basic/DA/HRA/ Spl Allow etc).
