Creative Leadership camp is a problem-oriented approach enable in developing each individual’s awareness of decision-making, leadership and the strength & weakness of each member within the group.



Creative Leadership camp is focused of improving an individual’s self confidence and self-esteem. The long term benefit of these activities includes higher team productivity, lower turnover rates and a more enjoyable work environment. Team work just doesn’t happen because the boss says that they want everyone to work as team.



“A team has to learn how to work together.”







There is also a short term benefit in Creative Leadership Camp; participants have a chance to reflect both as individual and as a team. In reflecting, they think and talk about what they did during the exercise, what they said, how they said it and how they might do it differently next time.





The main outcomes of this workshop are:



• Increase the individual’s sense of personal confidence

• Increase the team’s sense of confidence

• Increase mutual trust within the group

Camp Timing: from 7am to 5pm for



Batch 1 on 6th Dec 2008,

Batch 2 on 13th Dec 2008,

Batch 3 on 20th Dec 2008, and

Batch 5 on 27th Dec 2008



Venue: TSL Campus, Doddaballapur, Nelemangala road, Railway Gutta Halli PO, Bangalore.





Course Fee: Organisation to nominate min 3 participants and a maximum of 5 participants per batch.



Nomination of 3 participants per batch – Rs 2000/-* per participant

Nomination of 5 participants per batch – Rs 1500/-* per participant



*service tax extra, the participant charges include Breakfast, Lunch, evening tea and to & fro charges from designated pick up points in bangalore.
