Dear All,

Could you please share with me Child Education Policy? My management wants to give some child education allowance to employees who have kids. This policy has nothing to do with Income Tax (IT) as in our Co. an individual has to look after their IT on their own. Also we do not have any salary break-up / components.

Thanks but this doesn't serve my purpose......According to you how much a Company should reimburse per child in a year and upto which class standard eg. nursery to 12th std.
