Hi All,
I write this with heavy heart...
Off late I have been terribly upset by the reactions of some of the members to my posts correct mistakes and grammar.
My intention is to improve quality of hr link since facility of reviewing the post is not here in this forum.But now I sincerely feel its not my business to correct others..Why should I?
I have received some of the worst comments from Mr.Harish to deactivate my membership. I dont know whether he has any right to do this.However,I do not want to comment on his views..
I was here for short while and gained lot of new information.In future I would just be a mute spectator in this site and I wont post anything or reply to any posts..
My favorite site is hr link I dont want to leave this.But I am forced to..So I want to be just a mute spectator in this site.

if any individual perception/debate is on.. we should think that they are new ways to look at the things.. to that extent until and unless it become a harassment... i am sure sudharshan you will agree...

Understand that, in this world where time is precious, they have thought about by spending their own time,
be happy for that, they have been thinking about you for a while

I ponder whether I deserve these words ?
For these words and your unconditional love I continue to be active member of hr link.
As pointed out rightly by some of the members I would change my attitude and not try to change others..

at the same time, the comments can be put across in a much better, so that the person can understand & also implement by not getting hurt.

May I suggest something...Please tell whatever you want to tell in a private message to me...or ping me...Negative motivation in a open forum could be mistaken and it may lead to formation of wrong opinion about me..You and me know its negative motivation..Please read that again from a third person perspective..It gives a very bad opinion about me...
I am a fresher in HR ..If tomorrow i join a company and if my boss is already a member of this site..What he will think?? It may spoil my career...So please think twice before making such comments...

Please be constructive in your comments in future...
We do not have anything to make personal attacks between us...Neither of us have that intention but it seems like that to a third party...Hope u understand..!
