Conduct cold calls and follow up calls with past customers to understand their hiring process and hiring needs.
Network with current customers to gain market share within their organization.
Cold call customers who have published openings to better understand their needs and the structure of their group.
Work with Management to establish a sales strategy to consistently achieve sales quota
Meet with clients to evaluate staffing needs, provide recommendations for consulting Solutions

Identify project-based IT solutions opportunities and coordinate delivery process
Expand business through new account development
Continuously develop a pipeline of prospective clients.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects/clients to ensure timely identification of new business opportunities
Effectively communicate staffing priorities to recruiting team
Entrepreneurial spirit
To be considered for this role, the Business Development Executive/Account Executive will include:
2 years of sales experience
Prior experience with product or consulting sales a plus
Strong understand of current technology and trends
Highly motivated to succeed; works independently with little or no supervision
BS/MBA Degree
