Position : Senior Business Analyst



Education : MBA (Finance)/ MCA

Requirements:

1. 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Industry.

2. At least 5 year of experience in Financial Domain is mandatory.

3. High level of aptitude.

4. Tremendous attention to detail.

5. Excellent organisation skills and multi-tasking ability.

6. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills..

7. Excellent English communication skills (oral & written).

8. Highly motivated and energetic person .

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with clients and business analyst team to ensure business needs are analysed, interpreted and transformed into clear, detailed requirements against which IT can develop accurate solutions.

2. Be subject matter expert of assigned areas and guide junior business analysts in creating Business Requirements Specifications.

3. Collaborate with developers to create relevant and accurate solutions to meet business needs and exceed expectations.

4. Use appropriate tools to create mockups, wireframes, prototypes and use cases.

5. Partner with Project Leaders/Managers in all project phases and provide a business perspective to the project.

6. Track, communicate, resolve, escalate and manage domain related issues for projects involved.

7. Bring visibility in the area of involvment on the status of the projects and potential risks involved to the stakeholders till project completion.
