Recently we have done our quarterly performance review, where what I have noticed that, most of our manager rated low to those who were having problem in their English communication.
I would like ask our Managers that. " Are these kind of errors in performance appraisal are really acceptable???".
As my point of view, Its totally depend on what kind of role they playing, they were working in a dept, where high end communication was not required, being manager he would have approached management to conduct training.
A person who is having high end communication skills, does not mean that he/she knows every think.
