Recently we have done our quarterly performance review, where what I have noticed that, most of our manager rated low to those who were having problem in their English communication.



I would like ask our Managers that. " Are these kind of errors in performance appraisal are really acceptable???".

I think YES!
If you are growing with your designation you should have an attitude and your body language according to your designation.

If your communication skills is not better, then how you can manage the level in between employer and your team members.

As my point of view, Its totally depend on what kind of role they playing, they were working in a dept, where high end communication was not required, being manager he would have approached management to conduct training.
A person who is having high end communication skills, does not mean that he/she knows every think.
