Hi,
Please find attached ppt.
We will definitely agree that "Appreciation Makes A Great Difference"
Thanks,

The story of the blue ribbon "Who I am makes a diference" given to all the people we interact with in our lives to make them be aware of theirselves, their qualities, impact in other people lives reminded me of Mary Kay Ash and the importance she gave to selfesteem and recognition.
She said:
"Everyone has an invisible sign hanging from their neck saying, 'Make me feel important.' Never forget this message when working with people."
Everyone needs recognition, from our children doing a good gesture or getting a good mark in school, to our family, our friends, our colleagues. They all need to see you noticed their role, that no matter how small their contribution or their gesture was, you saw it and it mattered to you.
Never take things for granted, never think you're entitle only to receive and ask for others, make them feel important, recognize them and thank them for what they have given to you.
