Hotel Industry NORMS if any ?

Salary as per Hotel Industry ?

HR Policy / Dress code / working Hours ? different designation in Hotel industry and its Pay accordingly etc .

If an employees doesn't want a PF Benifite , then what we have to get the exception from PF Form Number should be mentioned etc.
