Three employees of a Company 1) Mr. X 2) Ms. Y. 3) Mr. Z named gone to Head Office to submit their Monthly Audit report , situated out station. On the way their Vehicles Breakdown , they are forced to stay back for a Day and re started their Journey on The Next Day Only. They Took a Lodge for a Day's stay. 1-Day room rent is Rs.10/- per head. they took 3 Rooms separately. and Given total Rs.30/- for the Three XYZ. The Manager of the Lodge call the room Boy and Given Rs.5/- to return to the Three person as part of Reduction / Discount. Room Boy was Confused to DIVIDE Rs.5/- rupees equally for the 3 PEOPLE. So , he taken & GIVEN AS Tips Rs.2/- with him and GIVEN BACK remaining Rs.3/- and distributed like Rs.1/- back to each X,Y,Z individually okay.

So per head each one has spent Rs.9/- for the Room rent (Rs.1/- got it back as room rate discunt ).



As part of their Expenses CLAIM FROM OFFICE. they calculated like this Total = 9 X 3 = 27 Room boy tips 2 = Rs.29. But it will not Tally the Total given Rs.30/- First ? Where is the Rs.1/- Missing ? Please find out this Rs.1/- our company employees to submit Expenses Bill Claim from the Office.
