I want to know , the trend and attitude of Members here will Use this Plat form for 1) Making Friendship ? 2) Value addition of their HR- Knowledge , New Trends , Technic etc between the Members. 4) Use this Media to Improve their CREATIVE -THINKING .5) Helping Other Fellow HR Colleagues . 6) or Some other Hidden Agenda if any ?. 7) WHY people hesitate to express their views by way REPLY'S-here ?.
