Hi Jagdish,

Interesting topic & very important as well.

"Communication gap" is one of the most common problem we face in any organisation, not only IT.

Usually a "team-play" would be affected because of ego issues & no cooperation’s...

Here is a small game which can help you to start your seminar with, this not only brings a different feel (than the usual, boring seminars...) but awaken your employees & keeps them attentive...

=============
** The Telephone **
Participants should sit or stand in a circle. you quickly whisper a message to one of the participants. This participant passes the message in a whisper to the next person and so on. The last person should shout out the message. Very often the final message will be different from the original.

Here is an example of an initial message : “I had roti for breakfast and then wore a white shirt & came to office.”

You can choose any sentence, provided, it should be confusing & said very very quickly.

No one should not repeat the sentence.
============

Also, you can have a look at this link which has been shared by Raghav, it could help you for a better presentation...

Do not forget to talk about the "email ethics"....since it is a development Co. and most of the work would be done through emails, it is very important to know "HOW" to address your colleagues & get the work done without being demanding.

Wishing you all the best...

Diana
