Tatas are really great people and contributed a lot for the development of country. They have put India on the international map.The way they have handled the aftermath of terrorist attacks on Taj in Mumbai are commendable and it shows their commitment towards their employees. Every organization should learn a lot from Tatas.

The thumbs is both for the Tatas and Ratan. I know a mere thumbs up is nothing for TATAs but I salute them for their benevolence and the sensitivity with which they have taken all the aggieved under their caring arms and taken care of them like new born babies. My parents right from my childhood used to tell about TATAs and how they made the nation proud not only with their all competitive industries and hotels but also through their acts of benevolence and sensibility. I can say TATAs are the best when it comes to customer satisfaction too. Kudos and heartfelt regards to the titans called TATAs.
