5 years experience in the HR field of work handling employee relations, employee engagement, recruitments, resource Management, training and development and other HR Activities.
My latest full time experience is with Polycom IDC as HR- Resource Specialist handling in-house staffing, recruitment needs and internal HR operations. Aspiring in learning and development; I have been working on assignments for a start-up training house.
Design and develop training programs based on training needs assessment.
Set-up training process/Cycle based on firm ’ s requirement. Experience in full Life Cycle recruiting, right from crystallizing the requirement to closing the requirement.
Extensive experience with various HR tools used for recruitment including web recruitment.
Handled generalist HR operations during my experience with previous companies.
Interested in making a career in employee engagement, employee satisfaction, career advisor and training.
