Handling the complete PAN INDIA recruitment activities of NIIT Ltd for all their Business units
Onsite point of Contact for All Recruitment activities as a Team Leader (Handling 6 Recruiters)
Handling end to end recruitments of IT, Non IT and support for junior to higher management levels.
Doing Proactive recruitment and Reactive recruitment by recognizing the need of the company.
Conducting and coordinating various levels of interviews.
Vendor Management: Handling Consultants for permanent hires, third party hires, contract hires from them.
Using online databases, Marketing and Recruitment strategies, networking and direct recruiting to get candidates e.g. headhunting, networking, job portals, through career sites and references.
Taking care of the quality of the resumes sent by vendors
Extensively working on ATS (Applicant tracking system like Hirecraft) which is a Web tool for recruitment.
Planning and structuring of job advertisements for job portals.
Motivating the employees, candidates and friends to refer various talents for the effective recruitment.
Preparing and maintaining daily MIS (Excel sheets or Reports i.e. source mix, cost per hire, SLA, TAT (Turn around Time), offers, hires, declines, ratios, compensations etc.
Participating in various Job fairs & conducting recruitment walk-ins or Drives for mass hiring.
Negotiating with candidates according to company’s OR client’s salary bands, skills, ratings in interview, the urgency of requirement etc.
Mentoring and giving training to new Recruiters and junior recruiters within team.
Continuous Interaction with line managers for the successful closure of the positions.
Close Interaction with candidates till joining.
Taking care of offer generation, referral check, joining formalities etc.
