Candidate should have 6 months to 1 year exp in US staffing industry.

Experience in sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and marketing consultants to fulfill current and forecasted requirements of direct clients and preferred vendors.

Experience in Understanding the job description, identifying and locating the required resources, meeting the requirements using Personal network, database, job portals, social networking sites and internal references.

Experienced in using job portals like monster, dice, career builder and yahoo hot jobs.

Establish good relationships with third party vendors to support high volumeH1b consultants as and when required.

Scheduling & coordinating for technical interviews by interacting with our vendors and the clients.

Negotiating compensation packages, pay rate, tax terms and relocation benefits if it is needed.

Having good experience in online recruitment and also have good exposure in CV tuning, mass mailing, sourcing, evaluating and validating technical profiles under significant time constraint

Marketing and placing our own consultant for suitable job openings in their respective domain and technologies.

Placing candidates on corp to corp, 1099 or W2 basis for the internal clients and vendors.

Desired Skills:
Incline to work in night shifts

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Any under graduate degree.
