Technical recruiters / IT Recruiters who have 0 - 1 year experience in US IT recruitment preferred.

Ideal candidates should have hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Co-ordinate various recruitment and selection process until the candidate on-boards the organization.

Candidates should have:
* 0-1 years of experience in any stream.

* Superior conceptual & analytical skills.

* Good negotiation & communications skills.

Candidates should be:
* Strong communication skills.

* Self-driven and have leadership skills.

* Strong in sourcing from portals and headhunting preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Understanding and analyzing client`s requirement.

* Sourcing profiles from various job portals.

* Screening the profiles according to the requirement.

* Validation of the sourced profiles.

* Interview schedules, events, follow-ups.

Working Days : Wednesday to Sunday

Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM

Salary : Based on Candidates Performance
