US / IT Recruiter - Night Shift for Codex Software

Candidate must be responsible for full-cycle of recruitment and staffing needs.

Short listing the candidates for various requirements.

Proficient on resume search on Portals such as Monster, Net Temps, Dice.com

Handle end-to-end responsibilities in terms of identification of relevant profiles, sourcing.

Work with Account Managers to fully understand client requirements - Online searches / Job postings / Referrals

Work closely with the candidates on the following: Resumes Preparation, Interview Scheduling.

Build relationships with third party sources for resumes.

Must be able to multi-task and possess a sense of urgency.

Extremely strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Desired Candidate Profile:
Willingness to work in night shifts.

Should have ability to multi task, and handle pressure.

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Should have good understanding of IT terminology`s and technologies along with IT recruitment process.

Expertise in the area of US staffing or international resourcing.

Five days a week(Monday-Friday)
