Should be well versed in Head Hunting, Cold Calling and other recruitment techniques
Cold calling into organizations to build-out lists of potential candidates and selling currently employed potential candidates on opportunities.
Understanding US Tax terms, Visas and well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and full time positions.
Sourcing & Screening of resumes through various channels (job portals, consultants, internal references, networking, advertisements etc) on parameters specified by the client`s organization.
Should have knowledge/worked on various IT Technologies.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Preparing database of candidates for various technologies.
Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement
Building and maintaining database of contacts, resumes and other such details.
Maintain a successful close ratio by identifying the right candidates based on sales projections.
Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US IT Recruitment.
Must work during US timings (Eastern Standard Time),
We prefer candidate from Visakhapatnam and surrounding locations.
Willing to work in Night Shifts.
