Good in negotiation, superior conceptual & analytical skills.

Experience in placing IT professionals in US market with direct clients.

Strong understanding of US tax terms & all visa types.

Experience in working with onsite/offshore business model. worked for retail client`s would be preferred

Experience in recruiting US citizens/ GCs will be an added advantage
