Candidate should be responsible for sourcing/screening potential IT candidates

Good experience on US Tax terms (C2C/1099/W2).

Should have strong experience on corp-corp environment.

Should know full life cycle of recruitment process and US staffing recruitment process.

Willing to work in shifts and should be a smart working.

Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate

Excellent Knowledge on Word, Excel and Outlook.

Desired Profile

Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter

Good experience on US Tax terms (C2C/1099/W2).

Willing to work in shifts and should be a smart working.

Should have strong experience in sourcing the resumes from different portals like Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp and Vendors.

Establish relationships with customers and Vendors.

Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of resources and solicit referrals of qualified resources.

Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
