US IT Recruiter for Helios & Matheson

Candidate will be responsible for sourcing the resumes from job portals like dice.com, monster.com, careerbuilder.com and shortlisted same for the requirements.

Telephonic interviews with US citizens, green card holders and H1B consultants to check their suitability towards the requirement.

Handling dollar rate negotiation on Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099 basis to finalize the offers.

Formatting shortlisted resumes using tools according to clients.

Coordinating with manager for interviews, feedback and update the consultant on the same.

Maintained hiring database and reports.

Desired Profile:
Experience in US IT recruitment.

Good working experience on W2.

Sound experience on portals like Dice, Monster, Corp to Corp.

Good verbal and oral communication skills in English.
