Can handle employee help-desk, for general employees. (via calls and HR – Portal)

US HR generalist profile, end to end HR process.

Coordination with the employees in US per system demands.

New hire processes, Performing joining formalities for new hires.

Conducting termination formalities as per US guidelines.

Letter preparation, verification, vacation letters, experienced letters, handling queries from departments.

SAP Database updation.

Will work in sync with multi departments with respect to payroll, immigration, contracts.

Able to maintain large data files for updating HRIS. (Human Resource Information System).
